The customer never takes the blinds down. You come to them.

Ninety percent of people don't know how to take down their own blinds, and every one of them becomes a customer the moment you come to them. Pull up in front of their home, or in the parking lot of a commercial building or restaurant, with your state-of-the-art mobile blind cleaning trailer. Clean and dry their blinds on site and rehang them within a few hours, a major convenience for your client.

We designed the first mobile on-site trailer this industry ever used, because listening to your customers' needs is what makes a successful business.

Why the trailer closes deals a brochure never will.

Most homeowners and property managers have never seen ultrasonic cleaning, and the fastest way to explain it is to show it. You park and invite the client to watch the cleaning process in your hi-tech trailer operation. Clean two blinds from their lobby or office area, then rehang them in the windows they came from. That is the entire sales call.

They watch it happen

The blind goes in looking the way it has looked for nine years and comes out looking like it was installed last week. The result makes the sale. We have watched buyers sign on the spot because of two blinds and a ten minute demonstration. We call it the WOW factor.

Their blinds never leave the property

The trailer parks in front of their home or business. Their blinds are removed from their windows, taken to the trailer where they are cleaned and dried, then taken back to be rehung in the same window they came from. This whole process takes only 2–3 minutes per blind. That convenience is what they are really buying.

You sell the result

Ultrasonic cleaning removes the dirt off every slat, cord, ladder, and relubricates the headrail as well. Once they are cleaned, not only do they look like new, but they also operate like new. After cleaning their blinds, they stay clean for a year(depending on the environment there hanging in). You are the one who makes them look new.

The trailer is the storefront

While driving around town or parked in front of a home or business, the trailer wrap is some of your best advertising.

Four options when choosing a trailer that fits you.

They are not four quality levels. They are four answers to the question of how much of the build you want to hand to us and how much you want to do yourself. Call and we will be more than happy to explain which choice will work best for your area and why.

12 ft Warm Climate Trailer

DirtyBlinds.com 12 ft warm climate blind cleaning trailer

Our 12 ft warm climate trailers don't need as many options as our turnkey trailers, but they are built to the same quality and standards. Because they are used mostly in the warmer parts of the country, these items are optional: the 140-gallon water tank, the Honda generator and heat. It comes with one instantaneous water heater.

Without the 140-gallon tank (about 2,000 lbs when full) and at four feet shorter, it can be pulled by most SUVs and trucks.

Every square inch is planned out for a reason. The machine, the drying area, cabinets and counters, the water and the power are laid out so one person can work a full productive day comfortably. We have built enough of these to know where everything belongs.

Everything within reach Dirty blinds on the counter, then into the blind cleaning and rinse tank, then to the drying stage area, so blinds move in one direction. When more than one person works in our trailers, nobody is bumping into each other. Works just like an assembly line.

Room for two please Busy days run with a second set of hands. One person takes down, numbers them so they go back in the windows that they came from. Transports them to the trailer in a rubbermaid bin on wheels. The other person cleans and dries them in the drying staging area to be reinstalled back to the windows that they came from.

Our trailers are built in both the Buffalo, NY and Charlotte, NC areas.

We built the first onebecause we needed it.

Our company started in a 10 x 10 shed. Then a fourteen-hundred square foot storefront, because that was what we were told we should do (that was a mistake listening to someone who didn't clean for a living). With that bad advice, we then spent years watching customers carry their blinds in the front door, taken down and bundled up as best they could. Not to mention the rent of $2,500.00 every month plus utilities. I didn't want to clean that much just to pay the rent. So, when the lease was up, I converted our two(2) car garage into a cleaning area and wrote off 1/3 of our mortage to the business. (smart huh)

They loved the cleaning. What they really wanted was for us to come to them.

So we put the machine on wheels and went to them. We were the first in this industry to do it.
