Three days in Buffalo, NY or the Charlotte, NC area, running the machine, mixing solution, drying a honeycomb, restringing a blind and taking apart a headrail, on our equipment, with somebody next to you who has done it ten thousand times. You practice on our blinds, so your first customer gets your best work.
Marc spent three months testing every blind material, one sample book at a time. Three days with us hands you what those months taught him.

Train in Buffalo and you train with Wayne Breissinger. He has been with us since 2006, runs the Western New York operation himself, and is a certified trainer.
Train in the Charlotte area and you train with Bobby Miller. He was our first employee, hired at sixteen, and has been cleaning blinds with us for about thirty-five years.
Both were cleaning blinds for paying customers last week and will be again next week. When you ask what to do about a difficult customer, or what a hospital job actually looks like, you get an answer from this year, not from a manual.
And Marc teaches the marketing day. He has been teaching this since 1992, and he still likes the part where somebody sees a blind come out of the tank for the first time.

No. While your blind cleaner is being built, we give you access to our online training site, before you come in for hands-on training.
Yes. Book and pay for hands-on training first, and if you then purchase your blind cleaning equipment from us, we apply that cost toward your equipment.
You'll already have it. Working through it while your machine is being built means you arrive with questions instead of arriving blank. The two are built to go together.
Yes, and most people should. A spouse, a partner, the person who is going to be running the tank while you are out selling. Call and tell us who is coming.
